Terms of service
Short version: Clauseground is research, not betting advice and not a bookmaker. Use it legally, use it personally, and understand that betting involves risk we cannot remove. The details:
1. What Clauseground is
Clauseground, operated by Flanon Inc., is a research and analytics service for football betting markets. It publishes model probabilities, no-vig reference-market probabilities, price comparisons, and analysis, and answers questions about them in chat. Clauseground is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or prediction market: it does not accept, place, or broker bets, run markets, or handle your money or your betting accounts.
2. Research, not advice
Everything the service produces — probabilities, price comparisons, price movement, and chat answers — is research output, not personal betting, financial, legal, or investment advice. Probabilities are estimates; markets move and models can be wrong. Nothing here promises an outcome, and you alone are responsible for any betting decision you make.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal betting age in your jurisdiction (18+ or 21+ where applicable), and using a betting research service must be lawful where you live. If either is not true, do not use Clauseground.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself; activity on your account is yours. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service — including scraping, systematic redistribution of data, attempts to breach other users’ data, or degrading the service for others.
5. Plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans are subscriptions in US dollars, billed monthly or annually depending on the interval you choose at checkout, charged in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are what you pay; the message and alert allowances listed there are what the plan includes, not additional charges. If we change a price, the change applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.
Cancel whenever you like, from Manage subscription in your account. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your plan running until the end of the period you have already paid for — you are not cut off the moment you cancel, and there is nothing to reclaim afterwards.
Any charge is fully refundable for 14 days, including a renewal you did not intend. Ask us and we refund it — no reason required, no proportion withheld. After 14 days a charge is not automatically refundable, but write to us anyway: this is a young product that does not claim a proven edge, and we would rather return money than keep it from someone who feels they were not served.
Statutory rights of withdrawal or cancellation where you live apply in addition to this and are not reduced by it.
6. Acceptable use
Clauseground is for personal, non-commercial research. Quoting our numbers publicly with attribution (and their provenance label) is welcome. Wholesale redistribution or resale of the data, or automated bulk access outside normal use of the product, is not.
7. Availability and accuracy
The service is provided as-is. Data feeds can go stale, models can mis-price, and pages can be down. Where we know a number may be stale we label it; but we make no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clauseground and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service — including, explicitly, betting losses.
9. Governing law, changes and contact
