Terms of service

Clauseground, operated by Flanon Inc., is a research and analytics service for football betting markets. It publishes model probabilities, no-vig reference-market probabilities, price comparisons, and analysis, and answers questions about them in chat. Clauseground is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or prediction market: it does not accept, place, or broker bets, run markets, or handle your money or your betting accounts.

Everything the service produces — probabilities, potential opportunities, sizing calculations, and chat answers — is research output, not personal betting, financial, legal, or investment advice. Probabilities are estimates; markets move and models can be wrong. Nothing here promises an outcome, and you alone are responsible for any betting decision you make.

You must be of legal betting age in your jurisdiction (18+ or 21+ where applicable), and using a betting research service must be lawful where you live. If either is not true, do not use Clauseground.

Keep your credentials to yourself; activity on your account is yours. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service — including scraping, systematic redistribution of data, attempts to breach other users’ data, or degrading the service for others.

Clauseground is for personal, non-commercial research. Quoting our numbers publicly with attribution (and their provenance label) is welcome. Wholesale redistribution or resale of the data, or automated bulk access outside normal use of the product, is not.

The service is provided as-is. Data feeds can go stale, models can mis-price, and pages can be down. Where we know a number may be stale we label it; but we make no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clausegroundand its operators are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service — including, explicitly, betting losses.
